- Appointments are necessary
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time
- The Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of personal values or currency brought into the premises.
- All Mobile phone are to be turned off during treatment for the consideration of others
- As a duty of Care, due to glass bottles, needles, laser machinery, hot waxed are in the premise, we are not responsible for babysitting, thus to avoid any mishaps, we request No children in the premise for safety purpose.
- Friends or Partners are invited to wait in the waiting / reception during the treatment
- Rescheduling of your appointment will be subjected to time ability.
- All cancellation, please provide us with a 24 hours notification. Cancellation less than 24 hour will incur a $30.00 fee. Full charge will be imposed for a ‘no show’ appointment. This also applies to Gift Vouchers Holder.

- All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable for cash or transferable.
- All Courses or PAYG courses will not be valid after the expiry date and not transferable.

- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone when deem necessary. Please be aware that when an appointment is being made at Laura’s Skin Management Specialists /Lauras Top to Toe Salon it is an acknowledgement of our terms and conditions.
- Our Skin Therapists are qualified professionals and any inappropriate rudeness and behaviour will end your treatment.
